Due to unforeseen circumstances and Vic’s ongoing health concerns, we are now seeking serious expressions of interest from anyone who may be interested in purchasing Migliore Cars as a going concern, or alternatively purchasing the business assets, equipment, and stock.
This is not a decision we have arrived at lightly. We have been exploring every realistic option available to secure the future of the company and allow the business to continue beyond Vic’s retirement.
Unfortunately, due to recent key staffing changes and the specialist nature of the work we carry out, the options we had been pursuing are no longer viable. As a result, time is now very limited.
Migliore Cars has built a loyal customer base, a strong reputation, and many years of goodwill within the Ferrari and Maserati specialist sector. We believe there is a genuine opportunity for the right person or business to take this forward.
The business would be a good opportunity for an existing independent specialist, established workshop, or experienced technician looking to take the next step.
Our hope is to find a suitable buyer as soon as possible, allowing the business to continue and ensuring our customers can carry on receiving the service and support they have relied on over the years. However, if a suitable buyer cannot be found quickly, we will sadly have no choice but to begin selling the company assets and stock, with a view to closing the business.
